This page explains what personal data MaxViewers handles when you use maxviewers.com.

What we collect

When you order we collect your name, your email address, the Twitch channel name you enter, what you ordered and how you paid. We also log your IP address and basic technical data to process the order and prevent abuse. To show your profile on the order page we look up public channel data such as your avatar, follower count and live status.

What we never collect

We never ask for or store your Twitch password. Card and wallet details go straight to the payment provider and do not reach our servers.

How we use it

To deliver your order, show its progress, send receipts and order updates, answer support requests and keep the service safe. If you enter your e-mail at checkout but do not finish paying, we may send a short series of reminders about that unfinished order, each with a link to stop them. After you order we may e-mail you a discount code for your next order. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and local storage

Our own cookie only keeps the admin area secure. Your browser's local storage remembers small conveniences on your device, such as your name and email for the next checkout, your last order number and whether you closed the offer banner. The analytics and live chat tools below may set their own cookies or local storage entries too. You can clear all of these at any time in your browser settings.

Analytics and live chat

To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised page interactions such as clicks, scrolling and page views. Form fields are masked, and personal text on your order confirmation page is masked too. Clarity is not loaded on the order tracking page or in the admin area.

Advertising measurement

If you arrive from a Google ad, the Google Ads tag on our landing page and on the order confirmation page measures that an order was placed. Google receives only the amount paid, the currency and an anonymous reference, never what was ordered, your name, e-mail address or channel. Google may set cookies in your browser for this, which you can block in your browser settings.

Our live chat is provided by Talkwren. Messages you send there are stored so that we can answer you, together with your e-mail or name if you share them or if you enter them at checkout or open a page of your own order, and with the pages you viewed on this site. The chat is open 24/7 and is the fastest way to reach us.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help run the service, such as payment processing, order delivery, analytics and live chat, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for refills, support, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing info@maxviewers.com from the address you ordered with.
