Terms of service

These terms cover every order placed on maxviewers.com. By paying for an order you agree to them.

What we provide

MaxViewers delivers Twitch viewers, followers and Prime subscriptions to the channel you name at checkout. Delivery starts about a minute after payment. Viewer plans run for the length you bought (1, 7 or 30 days) and connect whenever the channel is live during that time. We never ask for your Twitch password and you do not need to install anything.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for typing the correct channel name and for having the right to order for that channel. Twitch's own terms of service do not endorse artificial engagement. You decide whether to use the service and you accept any risk that comes with that decision. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc.

Delivery pace and options

Options such as time between deliveries, raid and only-when-live change when and how an order is delivered. Raid sends your viewers to the channel you name when your stream ends. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your channel being reachable and, for viewer plans, on you going live.

Refills and guarantees

Followers carry a refill guarantee. If followers from your order drop, contact support (live chat or e-mail) with your order number and we will refill them at no charge. The guarantee applies to the channel name the order was placed for and ends if that channel is closed or renamed. No order comes with any promise of income, rankings, Affiliate or Partner status.

Refunds and cancellations

An order that has not started delivering can be cancelled for a full refund. Once delivery has started, we fix problems by refilling or completing the order rather than refunding it. Message us in the live chat (open 24/7) or e-mail info@maxviewers.com with your order number and the address you ordered with.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Discount codes and bundle discounts apply at checkout and cannot be combined with anything not shown there.
