Where do I find my order number?

It is on your order page right after payment, in your confirmation e-mail, and it starts with MV. You can also just enter your e-mail address above to see all your orders. This device also remembers your last order, so check above the form.

It says Paid but nothing has changed yet

Delivery begins within about a minute of payment. Viewer plans connect the next time you go live, so viewers appear once your stream starts.

I want to change or cancel an order

Orders that have not started can be cancelled for a full refund. Use the buttons under your orders (live chat, 24/7), or email info@maxviewers.com with your order number from the address you ordered with.
